The Role
As a Senior Full-stack Engineer at Newrite, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client websites, including landing pages and UI/UX improvements. You will work closely with our design and product teams to create scalable, high-performance applications that enhance user experience. Your technical expertise will support the development of responsive and interactive web solutions for some of the world's leading companies and brands.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain responsive websites, landing pages, and interactive user interfaces.
Implement UI/UX improvements that enhance user experience and engagement.
Build scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
Collaborate with designers, content strategists, and project managers to create seamless digital experiences.
Optimize web performance, ensuring fast loading times and efficient resource management.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
Implement integration with third-party services and APIs.
Maintain code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and frameworks to continuously improve development practices.
What You'll Do
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Full-stack Engineer, with a portfolio demonstrating successful web development projects.
Proven ability and experience in leading the technical direction of projects and managing the entire application lifecycle from development to deployment.
Proficiency in front-end technologies: React, Vue.js, or Angular; HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
Strong experience with back-end technologies: Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
Hands-on experience with databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
Working knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Experience with AI engineering and running LLM-based pipelines in production is a strong asset.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
