The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Newrite, you will take on a dual role combining responsibilities of both a Business Development Representative (BDR) and an Account Executive (AE). You will focus on generating new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and guiding them through the sales process from the first interaction to closing the deal. This is a unique opportunity to manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to client acquisition.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media to generate new business opportunities daily.

  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and identifying how Newrite’s creative solutions can add value.

  • Conduct discovery calls and presentations to showcase Newrite’s offerings.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining consistent communication throughout.

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects to nurture long-term opportunities.

  • Stay current on Newrite’s product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential clients and consult on content best practices.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs and expectations.

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and client interactions in the CRM.

  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, meetings booked, and closed deals.

What You'll Do

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or client acquisition, ideally within a subscription based, agency based, creative or digital services environment targeting North American market.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proven ability to conduct cold outreach and engage prospects through cold calls, emails, and social selling.

  • Demonstrated experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate Newrite’s value proposition.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.

  • Proficiency with CRM software (like zoho CRM) to track interactions and manage leads.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

  • Reliable and organized, with the ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently.
