The Role
As a Motion Designer at Newrite, you will be at the forefront of creating animated and motion content that drives engagement and enhances brand presence. You will work on a variety of projects, from marketing videos and social media animations to interactive graphics and motion-enhanced presentations. Your ability to transform concepts into visually dynamic stories will be essential in helping our clients achieve their goals.
What You'll Do
Design and deliver high-quality, AI-enhanced motion graphics to a diverse range of clients, across creative fields including branding, digital ads, social media, video content, and presentations.
Create motion graphics that enhance storytelling and captivate audiences, leveraging animation techniques to highlight key messages and brand elements.
Develop animated ads that capture attention and drive conversions.
Produce engaging social media animations that increase interaction and shareability.
Craft motion-based presentation elements that enhance visual appeal and communication.
Generate video content with dynamic motion elements to convey complex ideas clearly and creatively.
Work closely with creative directors, graphic designers, and project managers to develop cohesive motion solutions.
Stay current with industry trends and continually experiment with new animation techniques and tools to enhance our creative output.
What You'll Do
Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or certificate in Motion Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven animation skills with the ability to create dynamic, engaging, and visually appealing animated content tailored to various formats, including video ads, social media, presentations, explainer videos, and brand storytelling.
3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or Animator. A strong portfolio is essential, showcasing high-quality motion graphics and animation work across diverse formats, including branding, video content, social media animations, presentations, and explainer videos. The presence of AI-enhanced animation projects in your portfolio is considered a strong asset.
Proficiency in motion design software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, and Adobe Animate.
Proficiency in video editing and post-production software such as Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted motion design tools like Runway and Adobe Firefly.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.
Excellent English communication skills in both speaking and writing, with the ability to articulate creative ideas effectively.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
