The Role
As a Content Manager at Newrite, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire content production process, managing the creative calendar, and ensuring consistency across all projects. You will coordinate with creative teams to plan, schedule, and execute content that aligns with client goals and brand guidelines. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help maintain smooth workflows and ensure that content is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
What You'll Do
Oversee the end-to-end content production process, from planning to delivery.
Manage the creative calendar, coordinating with writers, designers, and project managers to ensure timely content delivery.
Maintain consistency in content quality and brand voice across multiple projects.
Monitor content progress and resolve production challenges efficiently.
Collaborate with content strategists and creative teams to develop compelling and cohesive content.
Conduct quality checks and provide feedback to ensure content meets client expectations.
Report on content performance and production efficiency, identifying areas for improvement.
Stay updated with content management best practices and emerging industry trends.
What You'll Do
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Content Manager or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects at once.
Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms.
Experience with content scheduling and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Clickup).
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Detail-oriented and reliable, with a commitment to high-quality content delivery.
