The Role
As an Account Manager at Newrite, you will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, communicating project updates, and gathering valuable client feedback. You will act as a content marketing and creative consultant, guiding clients on the best strategies and recommending approaches that maximize their results. Your ability to consult, advise, and build trust will help position you as a valuable partner in achieving client success.

What You'll Do
Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
Regularly communicate project updates and progress to clients, keeping them informed and engaged.
Gather client feedback to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and recommend strategic creative and content solutions.
Act as a content marketing and creative advisor, suggesting best practices and innovative approaches to meet client goals.
Identify opportunities to expand client engagement and propose additional services that align with their needs.
Develop client reports summarizing project outcomes, challenges, and next steps.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
Track client satisfaction metrics and work on strategies to improve overall client experience.
What You'll Do
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or customer success.
In-depth knowledge of content marketing, creative strategy, and digital content production to effectively consult with clients and recommend tailored solutions.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to manage client relationships, maintain client satisfaction, and handle multiple client accounts effectively in an agency setting.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client issues.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Zoho CRM) to track client interactions and manage relationships.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively using project management tools (e.g. Clickup).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
